Jeff Pinto calls in to talk about the upcoming Theology of the Body Conference.  On June 30, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI named Bishop-elect Arthur L. Kennedy and Peter J. Uglietto as auxiliary bishops for Boston. A press conference welcoming the new bishops was held at the Archdiocesan Pastoral Center.Bishop-elect Kennedy is currently rector of St. John the Evangelist Seminary in Brighton and Bishop-elect Uglietto is currently rector of Blessed John XXIII Seminary.

This year it had the theme of "Be Set Apart" and included speakers, service projects, the sacrament of Reconciliation, and a Eucharistic procession through the streets of the North End. More information at www.eucharisticcongress.org  At the invitation of the Knights of Malta, Cardinal Seán O'Malley returned to the earthquake-stricken Haiti April 18-20 to visit Sacred Heart Hospital in the remote village of Milot.Cardinal Seán visited in his capacity as a member of the US Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) Haiti Advisory Group, which was created to oversee relief efforts created by the generous donations of millions of US Catholics.
